 The Honorable Robert J. Gigante and Members of the Richmond County Surrogate’s Court – The Surrogate’s Court of Richmond County has been recognized as a leader in public outreach and education. At this meeting, Judge Gigante and members of the Court will provide information on the role of the Court as it pertains to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, including a discussion on types of Guardianship.
