FREE Soccer Clinic for Children with Special Needs in Staten Island – Ages 6-16!

The Special Olympics Soccer League is starting a new season!  They’re starting the season with a clinic and then a schedule of games for children ages 6-16.    The teams are made up of Special Olympics athletes and peer partners.  The peer partners are volunteer soccer players – Jr. High and High School ages.  We also have a clinic for the athletes not quite ready for team play.

Directions for MILLER FIELD:

Bus: Take the S76 from the Staten Island Ferry Terminal to New Dorp Lane and walk to the entrance to Miller Field. Train and Bus: Pick up the Staten Island Railroad at the Staten Island Ferry Terminal. Ride to New Dorp Station, and then take the S76 bus to Miller Field.

Car: From the Verrrazano Narrows Bridge from Brooklyn, or the Goethals Bridge from New Jersey, to the Staten Island Expressway (Rt. 278); take the Hylan Boulevard exit. Proceed south on Hylan Boulevard and turn east on New Dorp Lane for Miller Field.
