Resources for Children with Special Needs, Inc. Presents a Free Workshop: “How to be a Powerful Parent while Relaxing and Bonding With Your Child”

Guest Speaker: Shane B. Kulman MS. Sp.Ed.

This workshop will discuss how and why it is so important to a child’s well-being to incorporate relaxation into each and every day. Ms. Kulman will give practical ways to alleviate challenging behaviors and empower parents so they will be better able to handle their children with special needs. She will also be discussing how to create deep and meaningful bonds with children so they will listen more effectively, and have more and more “good” days.

The goal is to have parents and caregivers walk away feeling optimistic and powerful and ready to be part of a positive team.

  1. It would be fantastic if these workshops were offered on the weekends once in a while so that those of us parents that work 9am to 5pm jobs could benefit too.
