Summer On the Hudson, one of New York City’s largest free summer festivals, which opened its ninth season May 3, at Riverside Park South, continues through October 11 with special events and sports and recreation. The six-month series is an annual summer arts and cultural festival in Riverside Park South presented by The New York City Department of Parks & Recreation.

7th Annual West Side County Fair
Summer on the Hudson’s unique regional-style festival! Enjoy a little country right here in Manhattan and celebrate the change of seasons with carnival rides and games, music, square dancing, sideshow performers, a livestock petting zoo, greenmarket and more! Visit the “Green Acre” environmental corner, with hands-on activities for kids about environmental awareness, green living, and animal care.
