- Join NAMI and Dr. Richard Brown of Columbia University for a workshop on Natural Approaches to Mental Health Wellness. Dr. Brown will discuss natural approaches for mental health disorders and will engage the audience in breathing and mediation exercises for stress relief and mental wellness. A question and answer session will follow the presentation and breathing exercise.

- Responsible Fatherhood Program
This workshop is for fathers young and old; single, married, or cohabitating, as well new, young, and teenage fathers who want to connect and improve their relationship their children. Participants will also receive: A Certificate of Completion, Metrocards, and refreshments will be served.
