Bubble Playhouse – Kid’s Zumba Classes Starting!
Posted by pta373 on August 28, 2009
From – BUBBLES PLAYHOUSE :
Hi There I hope everyone is having a “GREAT” summer. I am so excited to announce that all the programs that we have added are doing so well and because of that we have decided to add even more!!!!!!!!!!
Lets start with Zumba, we have classes almost everyday and now we are adding mornings, yipeeeeeee!!!!!! (We are also planning another Zumba Fiesta! Get Ready!!!)
Starting in September we will also be offering “Zumba Kids” Kids can get their exercise in, have fun and learn new dance moves all in one class!!!!!!!
Moving along to Bellydancing, we did a trial run over the summer and everyone was so pleased that we have decided to make it permanent. So come check it out!
Don’t forget about our Cardio Kickboxing, these teachers are no joke, they have fun, but they will definitely whip you into shape toooo!!!!!!!
And welcome our newest addition “Boot Camp”. Boot camp workouts are a great way to get fit, lose fat, and have fun. They’re incredibly popular because they focus on full body fitness and address all areas of fitness including cardio and muscular endurance, fat loss, full body strength, agility, balance, flexibility and injury prevention, all while using the body’s own weight for resistance…and most importantly they get amazing results. Workouts are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginner to the advanced athlete.. Get into the best shape of your life.. Lose lbs of body fat while gaining lean muscle to help maintain a great body.
So with all that being said, I have attached a schedule of all of our classes. All classes are no commitment, no registration; you can pay as you go!!! (*Except for Zumba Kids) You can check out our website for more detailed information or I can be reached at (718) 447-7779. I am really looking forward to sharing a fun, happy and very “Healthy” season with all of you and your families. See you soon!!!!!!!!
